The Fall of the Regime by Abduction is one of the few historical rooms in the city, where the feeling is that you actually get into a time capsule. The atmosphere is great and makes you feel like you’re inside of a World War II bunker.
It’s one of those rooms where you don’t talk to the game master before the game, only after the game. There is no link between the team of players and the game master unlike other rooms where the latter is the soul of the game.
The room is quite linear, suitable for both beginners and experts. It has some technology adapted to the theme and historical context so don’t expect a disruptive or new generation type of room.
We can’t comment much on the atmosphere without spoilers, but the Fall of the Regime is a room made with a looooot of work, love and affection. The enigmas are very varied and you don’t stop for a minute.
The ending is very successful and cinematographic, as if you were really participating in a historical film. We are really looking forward to trying the second room of Abduction Barcelona: the Orphanage!
- The atmosphere.
- A cinematographic ending.

If you manage to escape from the Fall of the Regime you can complete your plan as follows:
Carrer del Mar 97, Badalona
As you can see in the section about us, we are fans of orxata / horchata (tiger-nut milk) and this is, in our opinion, the best in Badalona. It is relatively far from the Abduction room but it is well worth the effort to get to this first class orxateria / horchatería and ice-cream parlor.
Carrer d’Alfons XII 25, Badalona
Family restaurant with excellent combination of cold cuts and tapas, affordable and offering perfect service, ideal for a meal after escaping. They also serve knife-and-fork breakfasts (similar to a brunch) if you escape on a Saturday or Sunday at noon.
