La Mina (the Mine) is an adventure escape room set in St. Louis, in the interior of the US.
You will have to figure out the reasons about why the Dunklerde enterprise reopened this old mine. A few years ago there was an accident where some miners got trapped inside. You have been chosen because it is clear that this mission is not an easy one.
The atmosphere is simply mindblowing and it will render you speechless. This escape room is brilliantly themed, it will make you feel that you are really inside of a mine under the ground level.
It is very immersive thanks to the story, the decoration and the games to solve. The challenges given fit very well with the plot of the escape and some of them are spectacular and innovative.
La Mina is a perfect example of a themed room. It is designed and created by people that are really passionate about the world of the escape rooms and you can feel it from the very moment you enter their space.
As a game master we had Aitor, owner and creator of La Mina and Misión SWAT by Open Mind Cornellà. He’s not usually the one who handles the rooms but he is a dedicated game master and above anything a great designer of escape rooms. He has become a role model in the current industry of escape rooms in Barcelona and its surroundings because his creations have very high quality standards. We know that he is already designing his third room so we will be attentive.
In order to enjoy more of this realistic experience through underground passages we recommend you to wear casual footwear and comfortable clothing.
As a final conclusion, this escape room would be served as one of the best author burgers. It turns a classic of mining adventures into a delicious novelty based on quality, good work and better presentation.
