Kidnapped in Barcelona is the closest you can get to a movie (by Tarantino, of course!) where you will play the main character. If you expect a classic escape room forget about it. This game is very unconventional, from the very beginning until the end.
The game begins with the kidnapping by the two characters of this mobsters story: el Moldavo (the Moldavian) and el Macarra (the Pimp), the former an unscrupulous Easter European and the latter a Colombian that seems to have been taken from Narcos or Breaking Bad. From there the adventure begins.
The enigmas and challenges that you will have to solve are very varied. There are locks, yes, but also many other original puzzles that will put you in the role of victim of a kidnapping that has to elope from their captors.
The adrenaline rush and the laughter are guaranteed thanks to the performance of the two actors that play as kidnappers. Their dialogues are very quick and witty and their language adapts to the type of group they play with.
If you are a bunch of alpha males they will play rougher, else they will also adapt to your style so that you can enjoy the experience to the most. Their role playing deserves an Oscar, they really nail it.
We don’t recommend it to players who are not familiar with an escape room because it’s a theatrical experience that goes beyond a classic escape room. After Kidnapped the rest of escapes will not provoke the same effect since in very few rooms you will feel like the character of a movie.
If you are somewhat apprehensive or you don’t like to be taken out of your comfort zone most likely Kidnapped in Barcelona is not for you. On the contrary, if you are a thrill seeker don’t think it twice and go for it, you will not regret it.
Kidnapped in Barcelona would be like that restaurant with performance where, apart from a delicious meal, the waiters end up the evening dancing with you on stage.
- The performance of el Macarra and el Moldavo.
- The originality.
- The adrenaline rush.
- Not suitable for the faint-hearted.

De Angelis is an Italian restaurant that serve delicious plates of pasta and pizza with very good value for money. Always fresh ingredients, they are often imported from the Calabria region. The portions are plentiful whereas the desserts are excellent.

Sant Croi is a cake shop by Albert Roca, who won the award to the best butter croissant in Spain in 2009. Apart from the delicious croissants we recommend their most sophisticated creations that often blend flavors in very surprising ways.
