Barum Dum by Cinemaescape will please the followers of Lord of the rings. In these abandoned mines there is a hidden key that will allow you to enter the lonely mountain, you will have to find it in order to help the dwarves to come back home.
Cinemaescape offers you an experience of cinematic adventures. You will start in a movie theater, watching a movie in the big screen. Next, you will enter into the movie! Undoubtedly this is the dream of any movie fan made true.
The immersion is impressive thanks to a spectacular decoration. It is one of the best sets we have seen, it makes you feel like you are really living an adventure from inside. The decoration is a key factor in this room so enjoy each and every corner of this small art piece.
The riddles and puzzles are original and different to the usual ones since there are almost no padlocks. You will need to be very attentive to your surroundings as this is a very visual game and you can’t neglect any small detail. From now you are warned that this is not an easy room, it’s a quite a challenge!
On the other hand, we were unlucky to face a technical problem. This, along with the fact that some enigmas need some fine-tuning, made that it didn’t become one of the best escape room that we played. We are sure though that if they polish some details this escape room could become one of the best in Barcelona.
Barum Dum was created by true enthusiasts of the escape rooms. It is made by the creators of Tolok and this is obvious when you look at their impressive decoration, the adventure atmosphere, the affection and dedication put in this room. We encourage you to play both Barum Dum and Tolok, especially if you are passionate about adventure literature and movies.
As a final conclusion we would serve this game in the shape of a refreshment and popcorn. You will live a Hollywood experience, you will watch a movie and you will need to escape from it on time. You won’t want to miss this trip to Barum Dum in order to help the dwarves to go back to their home!
